I have not.

As a point of comparison, I am the administer a 300+ member GitHub
organization for one of my collaborations. Checking my recent "trash"
folder, I see I have received these notifications every week or two.
The request counter increases over time though I get runs of messages
with no counter increase.

I know corporations never lie in order to profit but I have doubts that
the request originated from an actual human member. My collaborators
are not shy to voice requests to me and none have contacted me directly
or through others about this.

BTW, I see now in the org's "Settings" -> "Request from members" that
one can "unwatch" requests from "Copilot Business". Presumably this
will tell Microsoft to stop spamming me.
