Hey all,

Within Deno (a modern JS runtime) we've shipped a Jupyter kernel that uses
zmq.rs (https://deno.com/blog/v1.37).

I've primarily been a maintainer on zeromq.js (and to a lesser extent
pyzmq), so I'm stepping over to help the Rustaceans modernize and complete
the zmq.rs implementation. There are a few PRs we'd love to see merged and
shipped (see https://github.com/zeromq/zmq.rs/issues/181). To get this
started I've added one of the Deno folks, Matt Mastracci (@mmastrac on
github, CCed), to the repo as a maintainer. Matt's a great and friendly
rust dev I trust to make the zeromq bindings for Rust A+.

The question now is -- who can ship the Rust crate?
