[zeromq-dev] New ZeroMQ website and help needed

This is looking really great Doron! I'm cleaning up some things in
preparation for a new GoCZMQ release. Once I get in support for the new Go
modules dependency management, I'll set aside some time for add a section
for GoCZMQ on the site. I can commit to having it to you no later than next
Sunday if that works for you?
