[zeromq-dev] Moving GSL into the ZeroMQ Github org

Hello all,

After a proposal from Eric, the current maintainer of GSL in the iMatix
Github organisation, we've forked GSL into the ZeroMQ org.

This was done because there is now nobody left with admin permissions
on the iMatix org, which means we can't do things like add CI
integration and various other services. Talking with Ewen, it looks
like Pieter's expectations was that it would be frozen for historical
records, and development would continue elsewhere.

Please update your local remotes settings, and send new pull request to
the ZeroMQ repo. If you wish to update where your personal fork points
to on the Github website itself (the "forked from foo/bar" note below
the repo name on the page), I think you'll need to delete and re-fork.
