[zeromq-dev] Building CZMQ on Windows 10

I've tried adding czmq_private_selftest.c to the Visual Studio 2015 solution but it breaks in other ways, it tells me;

error MSB4126: The specified solution configuration "DynDebug|Win32" is invalid.

Not really sure what I'm doing anyway, is beyond my level of expertise with this project.
