[zeromq-dev] New Ruby bindings for libzmq

Hello,

I'm happy to announce the latest addition to the family:

mruby-zmq by Asmod4n is a Ruby binding for libzmq 4.1. It's licensed
under the MPL-2 and it follows the C4 process.

The author has just published the repository at the link above and
joined the Github organisation as the maintainer.

Pull requests are very welcome as usual. Happy hacking!
