[zeromq-dev] zmq4/czmq/zyre package building and hosting

rock on.

as we're building pyzyre (which includes some embedded-ness across the platforms and all three of the major libs), started running into scenarios where having those up-to-date just made sense. figured if i’m having this prob; others are/or-shortly-will.

i’ll keep an eye on the progress and try to apply some cycles where it makes sense.
