[zeromq-dev] zyre + zbeacon + ipv6

Hello all,

I've implemented IPv6 support in zbeacon using multicast:

Help testing these changes would be greatly appreciated!
I've verified it works with zpinger and ztest_beacon between a Linux
desktop, a Debian Raspberry PI 2 and a Fedora Raspberry PI 3. It would
be great if someone on OSX could give it a run as well!

Also there is a TODO for Windows in ziflist before it can work there
too, again help needed.
