Did you mean we need only XRADIO without XDISH?  But all socket types for
proxy must have bidirectional exchange channel.  For this reason, XSUB
subscribes a prefix by a normal message not SUBSCRIBE sockopt.

So I think XDISH is also required to make zmq_join as a normal message.
