[zeromq-dev] In memory of Pieter: Riding to conquer rare cancers

Hi everybody,

Next year, I will be participating in a Canadian Ride to Conquer Cancer. It
is a fundraiser for advancing cancer research and availability of
treatments. I've specified to the organizers that I want the donations I
help raising to go towards rare cancers, so that more funds are dedicated
to these.

Although I never had a privilege to meet Pieter in person, his work, his
writings and ideas have been a huge source of inspiration for me and I am
trying to build upon his work.

I remember him saying that cancers like his are less known to the western
medical science, so I thought this would be an appropriate action to help
addressing this.
