[zeromq-dev] ZeroMQ 4.2 release, planning

Thanks for your great efforts in releasing 4.1.6 and 4.2. I just also
updated https://github.com/azawawi/SwiftyZeroMQ to include a compiled
ZeroMQ v4.1.6 for iOS, macOS, tvOS and watchOS :)
