[zeromq-dev] [RFC] systemd socket activation for libzmq

Hi andrew,

I googled about it before, but surprisingly have missed the
https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq/issues/777

which is now in the top of search. So I became sure this wasn't
implemented quickly. Anyway it was funnier to write the patch, than to
read documentation.
