[zeromq-dev] Thread safe Pub/Sub and Multicast

ZeroMQ sockets are not thread safe and cannot be used from multiple threads.

We are developing new socket types which are thread safe. Radio/dish are
part of it. Also new client/server socket types are thread safe as well.
