[zeromq-dev] ZeroMQ MPL Licensing plans?

Sorry for the slow reply, we were busy in a hackathon the last few days.

The LGPL+static link exception should work with any license, since it
allows relicensing of the combined work.

We're slowing gathering steam to relicense the core library. It is a
non-trivial project and needs time and money to complete.

In the mean time we're recommending MPLv2 to other ZeroMQ projects.
