[zeromq-dev] CZTop, a new CZMQ binding for Ruby

Congratulations on the stable release, Patrik!

I know you've put in a lot of diligent work into this effort, and I'll be
recommending it to others as the "go-to" library to use for any
ZeroMQ-related Ruby projects.
