[zeromq-dev] libzmq\builds\msvc\msvc.sln is missing

Here are the steps to build libzmq from master, using VS2015 in a
cmd.exe window:

git clone https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq
cd libzmq\builds\msvc
configure
cd build
buildall

If you use an earlier MSVC, look at buildall.bat to see how to call
build for older compilers.
