[zeromq-dev] VS2013, Targets Can't Find libzmq.lib When Linking

It looks like it's not appending the "dynamic" (or "static") when looking
for libzmq.lib.

I'm attaching the log file. (I don't know if that will work on this list,
so if it fails I'll email it to you directly.)
