[zeromq-dev] libzmq\builds\msvc\msvc.sln is missing

I just had this exact issue. There is a batch file you need to run before
loading the solution: libzmq-master\builds\msvc\configure.bat

This file copies the props files around to the various solutions. From
there, you need the vs2010 directory and the libzmq.sln solution in there
like you did.
