[zeromq-dev] Thinking about port to AS/400, iSeries, et al

If it's any help we ported libzmq to z/OS, and we could use the same
approach for AS/400. There is a builds/zos directory, you can take a
look. If you have budget we could help with that. Otherwise I'm sure
you'll figure it out.
