[zeromq-dev] JNI binding generation

So the specific point we got stuck on was, when we need to use e.g.
zmsg, how that works. I see that the Zyre project.xml refers to these
three classes. I guess that means we have to start by JNI-wrapping
CZMQ, and then we can use that in higher layers?
