[zeromq-dev] Introducing ZeroMQ python generic server framework to implement DEALER-ROUTER pattern

Hello, community. I would like to introduce easy-to-use python-based server
framework which implements generic DEALER-ROUTER pattern and simplifies
development.

We call it Moebius. It is inspired by Tornado web-server, which is high
performance HTTP and WebSocket server. Like Tornado, Moebius employs the
approach with python generators to create light and single-threaded server.

It's licensed under Apache2 license.
