[zeromq-dev] New ZeroMQ Organization Project

Luna and I have been talking about implementing a subset of ZeroMQ in pure
go to complement goczmq for people who don't want C dependencies.  It would
solve a great set of problems for both of us and we feel would be useful to
others as well.

We wanted to give a heads up that we're going to create a "gogozmq" project
in the ZeroMQ organization.  We plan to follow the C4.1 dev process.  First
PR will be submitted later today.
