[zeromq-dev] Problem in Compiling Zeromq with PGM support

Hi,
I have successfully compile Zeromq on my local system using visual studio
2010.
But when I am trying to compile Zeromq with PGM support my VS2010 compiler
complain it fail to find <pgm/pgm.h>
I download the openpgm and reference to include folder but still it is
complaining linking error.
Please let me know how can I compile zeromq on window with pgm support.
