[zeromq-dev] zyre build failing

It looks like some of the zyre builds have been failing for a while, especially the qt-android build (https://travis-ci.org/zeromq/zyre/builds/90595394).  Is this a known issue?

It appears that this might be a problem with the build script:

/tmp/czmq/builds/qt-android/build.sh: line 37: cd: ../../../libzmq: No such file or directory

The LIBZMQ_ROOT directory does not exist
