[zeromq-dev] Building czmq-3.0.2

Hi,
I've got the latest software from http://czmq.zeromq.org/page:get-the-software czmq-3.0.2.zip for Windows(The current stable release is v3.0.2, from 2015/06/08) however the project files for msvc are not included.When I look at zip file zmq-2.2.0.zip for Windows they are located in the build directoy/
