[zeromq-dev] difference zeromq-devel and zeromq3-devel

I'm on Fedora and we also have these 2 different packages.
And I believe zeromq-devel correspond to quite a bit old zeromq version, and was useless for me.
Maybe you can look into the header in the package to know the corresponding zeromq version.
