[zeromq-dev] [czmq] zlabs now available

This project packages what was in czmq/labs for a short while into a
libzlabs library. The examples for zpubsub that are still contained within
the czmq repository are included and may be built with gcc (as before). All
zpubsub references under czmq/examples can be safely removed now.
