[zeromq-dev] Windows build for zeromq-4.1.0-rc1 does not load in VS2013

Thank you for following up Dan. I know from experience that trying to keep
many build systems working all the time is a difficult job and it is very
easy to get out of sync. Thanks for the fix :)
