Hi,

we have hit a problem trying to build zeromq on windows, the problem is exactly
as reported by someone else here:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21017296/how-to-build-zeromq-on-windows-with-cygwin

machine details are:

The machine is Windows 7 Pro, SP1, 64-bit, with cygwin x86_64 and gcc 4.8.3

This is of course not a show stopper, we compile with make -k and get the
zeromq libraries we want but it does mean that it doesn't intall cleanly on
windows.

Any hope gratefully received....

Ed
