[zeromq-dev] Windows r2 high cpu usage

- what language binding are you using?
- how large are the messages on average?
- what additional processing are you doing to messages on Windows?
- what is the performance profile of the standard test tools (see perf
directory) Windows-to-Windows
- what is the hardware for the Windows box
