[zeromq-dev] JeroMQ licensing

It's licensed like libzmq, LGPLv3 with a static link exception. Note
that LGPL is always implemented as COPYING.LESSER + COPYING. You'll
find the static link exception at the end of the COPYING.LESSER file.
