[zeromq-dev] JeroMQ licensing

Hello,

I have a question regarding the license of the JeroMQ project. It looks
like it's dual-licensed GPL3/LGPL3. Can someone confirm what the actual
license is?

FWIW, I see that libzmq also has both COPYING and COPYING.LESSER files,
but there the README.md states that it's licensed as LGPL3. To further
complicate matters, the ZMQ FAQ mentions that it's actually licensed under
LGPL3 with static linking exception.
