[zeromq-dev] Universal Fast Sockets and ZeroMQ

The figures do show good performance improvements over TCP (for any
application, not specifically ZeroMQ), and afaik you can test the
software quite easily. The 24x improvement is atypical IMO since it's
for large messages.
