As I can tell there need clone then rebase and then force push?

I know that and do that for my lzmq/lyre repos.
But the problem is. Github allows edit file via web interface and if you have
no rights to commit it automatically creates fork and makes pull request.
This is very convinient for small fixes. But I forgot that I have rights to
commit for this repo.
