[zeromq-dev] [libzmq] VERSION preprocessor symbol

As of one of the recent commits, libzmq's generated platform.hpp now
defines a VERSION symbol. I know it's recent because the warning it's
giving me didn't used to be there.

I recommend renaming this symbol, as I have another VERSION symbol from
another library in my program, and the two are conflicting. Maybe
ZMQ_VERSION?
