[zeromq-dev] Reconfigure libzmq compile cycle

I need to reconfigure the compile cycle to:

1) specify a set of include directories for a pair of files

2) at the final libzmq link stage, it should link against some libraries
(and also pass the location of those libraries in).

I'm not familiar with libtool or doing anything beyond the gnu build cycle
other than with make itself and doing the usual autogen.sh, configure, make
cycle. I would like for my modification to be concise and small, that way
users that build my custom libzmq distribution don't have to leave
parameters on the compile line.
