Printing out the error, it is "Protocol not supported"
I rebuild zmq with "with-pgm" option and it is now success, thanks for everyone's help!

zmq_errno() + strerror() might help:

  fprintf(stderr, "zmq_bind() failed: %s", strerror(zmq_errno()));

(or something like that)
