Hi,

I noticed a second, possibly related issue: when reducing number of loop
iterations (even down to a single iteration!), the call to
zmq_ctx_destroy() fails. In zmq::pipe_t::check_write() a check is made
if the socket state is "active", but it is "waiting_for_delimiter".
