[zeromq-dev] setting source address in zmq_connect()

There was nothing wrong with the patch IMO, and in January 2012 we
moved to a process where patches could not be rejected or ignored like
this.

Feel free to make that patch onto the current master. We use pull
requests. Ideally you will also make a test case and man page changes.
