[zeromq-dev] setting source address in zmq_connect()

Hello,

Some times ago someone provided a patch [1] to add an option in zeromq 
to bind to a source address before doing the connect, as far as I can 
see the patch didn't make it to the trunk.
Since I need the same option in the current release of zmq I wanted to 
know if there was something bad in that patch or if I can propose 
something similar for the current trunk ?
