[zeromq-dev] CZMQ, curve, no encryption

Hi Chris,

Can you (a) ensure that libsodium is installed before
configuring/building libzmq and CZMQ, and that you're not getting any
warnings at CZMQ configure time, and (b) make a minimal test case and
post that code so we can look at it? Thanks.
