[zeromq-dev] CZMQ, curve, no encryption

Hi all
I am trying to exchange messages based on ZMQ_REP/ZMQ_REQ. Definition of curve keys is similar to ironhouse2 example, zauth is not used. Client and server reside on different IPs, traffic is analyzed with packetsniffer.

Exchange of messages works as expected, but surprisingly data sent is unencrypted.
Did I miss something or is there another reason, that encryption seems to be unavailable?
