[zeromq-dev] Building czmq (2.1.0, stable) on Windows

Hi All

When building czmq, 2.1.0, stable (VS2013, czmq.sln) as DLL, linker complains about unknown  UuidCreate() function.
It seems headerfile <rpc.h> should be included.
Linker needs Rpcrt4.lib to finish.
