[zeromq-dev] Running ZMQ on win64

Hi

I am trying to get 0MQ to run on windows. I'm using a minGW based gcc
compiler for building. Here are the steps I took:

1. Installed MinGW.
2. Installed ZeroMQ using windows binaries.
3. Copied
