[zeromq-dev] question : Transport-Bridging

I read :

2. http://zguide.zeromq.org/py:wuproxy

My Case :
i. Publishers at 192.168.55.x send messages each second
ii. Un-reliable network

My question is : what will happend to the Published messages when
connection between internal-external down ?
is it :
a. Publishers will not able to send messages, or
b. Published messages will lost, or
c. Queued by proxy and will sendout by Xpub whenever connection back ?
