[zeromq-dev] Preparing for 0MQ/4.0 release

Hi all,

Just a heads-up that we're clearing the way to a 4.0 release.

As usual we'll start with release candidates, and then make a stable release.

If there are any outstanding issues you particularly want to see fixed
for 4.0, please tell us about them. Likewise, if there are any patches
you really want to get into the stable 4.0 release, this would be a
good time to start pushing them.
