[zeromq-dev] Certificate formats

Rich Hickey(the creator of clojure) said it is not wise to collect
requirements from people because people in general don't know what they
need, so their stated requirements tend to be useless.
He says it's better to collect problems and figure out solutions for others.
I'm no expert in any aspects of requirement collection or problem solving,
but it sounds legible.
