[zeromq-dev] ZeroMQ 4.0.2: make check fails on test_many_sockets

Ah, my fault. The test case will fail if the process has a 1024 handle
limit (default on many boxes). There was a fix on libzmq master that
I'd not backported.

Will backport this now and make a 4.0.3 release immediately... thanks
for reporting this.
