[zeromq-dev] Where is the 3.2.3 stable download?

Hi Michael

I'm newbie but succesfully downloaded and compiled 3.2.3 under Windows. 
I can not find installer though.

Get sources here: http://download.zeromq.org/zeromq-3.2.3.zip

Follow these instructions:

To build on Windows

You need Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 or newer.
Unpack the .zip source archive.
In Visual C++ open the solution builds\msvc\msvc.sln.
Build the solution.
ØMQ libraries will be in the lib subdirectory.

I've compiled x64 under VS2012 and everything is fine.

In addition I put zmq.hpp from here https://github.com/zeromq/cppzmq to 
"include" directory
