[zeromq-dev] 3.2.3 windows installer?

I've successfully compiled 3.2.3 zeromq using this instruction from website:

To build on Windows

You need Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 or newer.
Unpack the .zip source archive.
In Visual C++ open the solution builds\msvc\msvc.sln.
Build the solution.
ØMQ libraries will be in the lib subdirectory.

In addition I put zmq.hpp to "include" directory from here
